  The fantastic service given by all your staff, the beautiful view on the lake and the approximity of the restaurants and walking distances to almost everywhere. The discounts at many restaurants when showing my Grand Times Hotel room card.

  I did not like where the television was situated, as my daughter who is an paraplegic and had to lay down often to rest, she could not see the tv from her bed or my bed, it would have been nice if it had been on the chest of drawers in front of the beds. It also was too low to watch when sitting on the sofa or chairs. That was the only thing that was not quite right everything else was excellent.

  It's well situated. I had two large windows with a view on the lake. It's a new hotel, no smoking and you can smell.it

  I didn't like the fact that I could'nt have any quest for breakfast. I would like in a hotel to have the same comfort that I have home. I mean heated tiles in the bathroom.

  Mattesses were very good. Bathrooms were huge.Lay out of room was good. I like that you make the guests sign a waiver on noise pollution and respect of property... Hopefully prevents any teenages/sport teams from acting out inappropriately.

  The only thing that I think you could improve upon is your breakfast.Given that we are in Quebec, I would have loved to have seen some coissants and some granola, raisons, nuts, to put on the cereals.

  Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Good location. Nice view.

  Awful breakfast -- processes sliced bread, stale cheese, packaged marmelade and jam, etc. No real exercise room -- three machines, one of which was broken the whole time. No room service. More like a well-designed motel than a hotel.

  It's the nicest hotel I have ever been! The staff was so friendly and I had forgotten my charger in my room at checl out. I called. They said they would call me back and they did and they had it ready for me. They were really nice even though I had already cheked out!

  I was just a little bumped that I had to pay for the indoor parking.. But other than that, I loved it there! Next time I'm in sherbrooke I'm staying there again even if the prices are a little more expensive

  Outside views from room windows, comfortable bed, very clean room, silence, very central in the city, easy parking, nice towells and bed, large bathroom, very recent construction

  our expensive but very dark suite had no lighting appliances enough even to read and the staff said at the reception desk that the direction of the hotel didn't care about this probles already mentionned by other clients, plastic vegetation, staff too familiar, no room service, very ordinary, the breakfeast buffet with no service, unpersonnal decoration like an airport,

  Food at breakfast

  To dark in the rooms and elevetotrs. No coffee machine with coffeee in the rooms. Closet to small, Shower no pressure and was leaking at two connections. No towel for the swiming pool. No info book, pens, paper in the room by the phone. Hotel is using styrofoam plate for breakfast, this is supose to be a 4 start hotel, not acceptable.

  The Unique design of this Hotel was spectacular! The beautiful landscaping, and patio, with its great view overlooking the river in Sherbrooke was spectacular. At night the entire Hotel is Lite up as well as the river and the "River Walk" with the Gazebo.It was ideally located in Sherbrooke at the centre of the Main Village.

  location close to the exposition where I was giving a show. There was also the market close to the hotel that was interesting and the view on the lake was very beautiful

  the bed were hard which was huritng my back. I wish i had softer bed
